MEASURES TO PREVENT AND AVOID THE TRANSMISSION OF THE COVID-19

Our accommodation is committed to ensuring you a safe and carefree holiday, within its facilities, following all health protocols as defined βάσει της Κ.Υ.Α με Α.Π. 1881 /29.05.20.

In particular, we would like to inform you of the following:

• The accommodation staff is adequately trained in compliance with health protocols to avoid its transmission COVID-19.

• We apply cleaning and disinfection protocols according to No. D1c/G.P/oik 19954/20.03.20 circular of the Ministry of Health.

• The accommodation is certified by Certification Mark «Health First».

• Our staff members have adequate personal protection measures M.A.P.

• We apply frequent cleaning and washing with chloride solution of common areas and frequently touched objects (knobs, stair railings, etc.)

• In the common area there are sufficient hand sanitizing devices for customers.

• Frequent room cleaning is eliminated during the stay, except at the customer's request.

• The duration of arrival and departure is extended between stays for the correct and sufficient ventilation of the room(check out until 11.00 am and check in from 3.00 pm).

• Entry is prohibited in the rooms to non-residents.

• The property maintains a customer record and incident book COVID-19 for reasons of public health protection, always respecting the General Regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR) .

• We faithfully follow a plan of action and management of a suspected case COVID-19, according to the EODY.
